November 16th 2010 Intel Announces The Winners of its Level Up Game Demo Challenge for 2009
Some of the most innovative – not to mention fun – games in recent memory have come from independent developers. That fact remains true with the seven winning games selected for this year’s Level Up Game Demo Challenge by Intel, available to play for free at www.intel.com/software/levelup2009.
The competition, in its third year, had a judging panel starring industry legends such as Will Wright, Sid Meier, and Brad Wardell who selected the winning game demos from a group of 22 finalists from around the world. Awards were given to the top three demos in three categories, as well as an honorary award for the Judge’s Choice.
